Sucks to see the school year over. It only means you'll update less haha
I try to stay fresh in the summer too. I like to post about my casual style. It’s not all ties and dress shoes. This weekend is a good example. Plus, I might be working this summer, so I may have to slap a tie on every now and then.
I have some brick red chinos and I don't know what color shirt to wear with them. I usually wear white but I'm sure there are other colors. What do you suggest?
Oh, most definitely light blue. I pair mine with blue bengal stripe, blue gingham, and blue oxford all the time. Navy is also a safe bet. A tad bit more adventurous, yellow, pink and tan work well too. Good luck.
so the last math course I took was Calc 2 in college. I've always found math to be fascinating and beautiful and wished I knew how to learn more about it. What would you suggest my next steps be? Any books you'd recommend that wouldn't be too over my head? Thanks!
Read books. Anything by Morris Klein, Ian Stewart or Keith Devlin.
Was (or is) beatmaking something you ever considered doing on a grander scale, and have you done anything for any other artists? And do you have any suggestions for a comfortable, casual loafer in the $100 - $150 price range? I am looking for something that supports the foot well, or at least has a removable insole. Thank you.
Yes, but I don’t think my music is good enough to sell. I mean I’d sell it if someone wants to buy, but I don’t put as much time and effort in to it to make it perfect.
Cole Haan makes some of the most comfy loafers around. They’ve partnered with Nike. Killer combo. You can get there stuff for under 150 on sale usually.
Does it make me a complete weirdo that I kind of miss doing mathematical proofs?
I wouldn’t say weirdo, just one of a select group. Geometry and proofs, when I was in the 9th grade, changed my life. It transformed the way I thought about language and made arguments. It changed my sense of humor and my understanding/appreciation of beauty. Many of my students get the surface level appreciation of proofs, but for those that I can really get to understand the purpose of proofs and their elegance, I know I’ve made a profund impact on their lives. Pick up a book. There are plenty of great problems out there.
So i'm only 16 and I actually have a sense of formal style. But like every other teenager I have little to zero dollars. What would you suggest are rather cheap places other than thrift shops ( I'm always on top of those) or even online sites. It's also hard to find correct fitting blazers and such. Thank you!
