Q:How are you folding your shirts so the placket ends up on the side?

Fold shoulder seam to shoulder seam and gusset to gusset. Fold sleeve cuffs to placket at hem. Fold collar to placket at hem. Fold collar to half hem. Stack. Repeat. Stack. Ad Infinitum.
