This Just In: Polo Ralph Lauren Patchwork Madras Sport Coat $110 @ eBay This was over my $90 per item budget, but I’ve been looking for one of these for a long time with little success.  I found a similar J. Crew model, but it just didn’t really fit the bill.  It’s brand new with tags, the pockets and vent is still sewn up.  It’s a little tight across the back/armhole/biceps.  It’s not super uncomfortable or anything, but I wish it fit better given its price.  Anyway, I’m glad I finally pulled the trigger.

My first black watch item ever was a Tommy Hilfiger hat like the one above.  It was made of a lighter weight cotton and had the Tommy insignia on the front panel.  It’s long gone, but it’s nice to have a similar one in the mix again.  

It looks like some jerk store cut the leather strap in the back.  Luckily, It fits me perfectly on the last available hole.  Some people.  SMH. 

Note: I did not wear this hat today, but I did wear the gloves and scarf.  #bwg

This Just In: Chaps Ralph Lauren Shetland Cable Knit Vest

$18 @ eBay

This came in the mail today and fits great.  It’s another Buy It Now win on the bay.  This shetland wool is just gorgeous.  The rich burgundy, olive, and brown tones are amazing.  And those buttons…  Actually I wish they were a bit darker.  For $18 though, I just couldn’t pass this up.  I wish it had pockets though.

If you’re lucky, you can catch some super motivated sellers on eBay.  I found a gentleman selling several $100+ ties with a Buy It Now price of $10.  I used extreme self control and only bought three of them.  I picked up this one for obvious reasons.  I wish you could feel the texture of this thing.  It’s extraordinary.  Welcome to the family.
